Her character in Line of duty as Lindsay Denton absolutely giving me chill !!! One of the best portrait of character by any actors by far. Im so surprise she didn't get any recognition with the series. Very underrated actress indeed !

+V B - Which is saying something... Clearly Line of Duty has been an immense success for the BBC, and everybody's been praising it since day one, yet compared to Bodyguard (which was written and produced by the same guy, incidentally) it seems underrated.

I'm guessing it hadn't aired in America yet, so I kind of get that he was just talking about it for UK viewers, but there were two people on the couch who had JUST said they hadn't watched it yet so please don't spoil, so yeah that wasn't very nice :/

There was also a Line of Duty spoiler when Thandie Newton came on as a guest, was just planning to watch the show and I was hoping she was just joking, but apparently it was true, LOL!
Bodyguard was aired in last year's October and completed in the end of november. and if I'm not mistaken so this Grahm Norton's show episode was probably aired somewhere in april... so it's actually makes sense that he is bombing spoilers because it's already have been 3 or 4 months now since the show has ended

I first noticed her in the early seriesâ of spooks (around 2001 I think) but Iâve seen her in countless shows since then and nearly always end up enjoying everything sheâs in. Because of this if I see her in the cast of something I will see it as a mark of approval and am a lot more likely to watch it. đ
Go back to the Charles Dickens Adaptation of Our Mutual Friend by the BBC - a stunning cast all round, none more so than Keeley

I heard âmaâamâ when I watched the series too, but there were a couple of times in that compilation when it did sound quite like âmumâ đ (and Iâm Scottish).
Still, youâd have to be pretty bloody dense not to figure it out.

She is so beautiful and a great actress one of my favourites in Line Of Duty.
I actually ship Julia and Dave. Their chemistry was unreal even though their characters were so focused on their respective occupational roles. Itâs interesting that Dave was never a fan of politicians given his traumatic past battling in the Middle East and that he did show resentment while replaying Juliaâs controversial speech, but as his duty as a bodyguard to protect her and develop a personal relationship with her made it hard for him to wrestle between her as âHome Secretaryâ and a âbeautiful older woman,â and he eventually gave in to his soft spot of taking care of her at whatever cost.

It only premiered in the UK in October/November last year so they are hardly âtaking so longâ. The second series had to be commissioned, written, filmed, post-produced and advertised, and itâs only May. Hold yer horses.
