No. Cj is not a closer and he's definitely not a great isolation score especially against bigger players. That last possession was trash and no one moved around to give him an outlet when he got stuck
@@shawnlaw89 you look at history and who is closer in that team if not cj.Cj closed out many games in playoffs and seasons
@@anilerta cj is not the same player he was in Portland. He is not a closer as evidenced by the pelicans being 0-24 in clutch games. If cj was such a closer I would think we would have won at least a hand full of those 24 close games we lost.

CJ is historivcally terrible for the Pelicans in playoff and playin games. He needs to keep his shot attempts down and create looks for other people.
But CJ 17 of your 22 were jump shots he making it seem like he was driving the lane the whole time.
All they did was jump shot after jumpshot.If Zion was playing he would have attack the defense And got foul on a couple of those players.Why was Jose not in the game.One of there best play maker and he play defense and clutch.They are only going to go as far as Zion takes them with Brandon playing his game.Cj isn't the same player he was in Portland
This series is going to be pretty much impossible to win without zion. Zion gets not only himself easy looks but he gets everyone else easy looks as well and puts pressure on the rim and the ref. Okc has alot of length and athleticism and zion is the only one physically capable to not only deal with it but have his away against it. Cj is to small and bi is not strong enough. Every bucket they get in this series will be hard earned

It's the same problem that the pelicans have been having all year when having a lead late in the fourth quarter costly turnovers, missing wide open shots, but give them credit play very hard and they compete at a high level Oklahoma thunder was lucky to get away with that win hopefully the pelicans can do better on Wednesday at hopefully the pelicans will get some calls from the referees because in this game I don't think they had any

man i been saying willie green got to go. he waits too long to make adjustments and his play calling coming out of timeouts is probably the worst of any basketball coach on any level. i wish we could keep willie as an assistant coach. he isn't hc material.
