Grip texture is the best in the business, in my opinion - not too aggressive and not slick by any measure.
The XL Tanto Voyager is my absolute favorite folding knife, but the Large model is my favorite EDC for convenience sake.
Serrated edge is my favorite edge for folding knives because it makes the knife work like it is 3 times longer. Serrated edge makes this thing a dang pocket saw..
Gotta be careful with a serrated edge on something this size, because you could end up in the emergency room by misusing this thing.

The regular voyager tanto is also a great edc knife…. Same as it big brother, which I love, but smaller and more maneuverable as an edc knife. You also can’t hard snap and self deploy the blade like the xl, but it super functional!

You can hard wrist flick it and it’ll deploy without using the studs… just hold the handle tight ,flick hard and the blade will definitely deploy. Just don’t make any contact with the blade before deployment.

I've same knife BUT got the serrated version. Easier to sharpen, longer wear as I cut alot of cardboard.
