The inline fuse link by the high blower relay is the fuse for that relay. The wires below the fan motor are for the blower resistor to give you low and medium speeds. If you remove the resistor and check it probably has the mouse remains burned on it 😅! Love the work! Takes a lot of guts to finish one like this but you have got it now 😊 👍!!!

Plug 1 on wiper motror Fast +, Slow + Ground -. Plug 2 on Gearbox + & - for auto park sensor. Plug 3 on Pump end + & - for drive engagement solenoid. Since you are hearing the solenoid click, then it means you have the pump solenoid connected correctly, look for more plugs on the motor shell. Since your unit doesn't look insulated, you might have 2 or 3 additional connections to find Motor Fast +, Motor slow + and wiper park sensor (if they had them on that model)

    Lovin the wagon...
The first car I remember was a 63 chevy wagon..
Then my folks bought a 69 wagon..
When my baby brother was born ,that made 5 kiddo's & they bought a 76 Chevy Suburban loaded with options..
My dad bought it on the way through town & we drove it from Tenn to Az..
With front & rear air !
    Love the 60's , 70's auto's.

Back in my day when we worked on them cars with that newfangled wind tunnel on the radiator to get to the fan we unbolted the shroud and moved it towards the motor to get access to the fan bolts. And leave the back window up when driving. With the heat you felt coming in is also exhaust fumes. Try LMC truck for headlight mounting hardware they might have something you could use.

I am an Optician and have a bunch of vintage safety glasses. I sent an email, and I chatted with your wife over a year ago about getting a copy of your Rx, but never heard back. I also have the S10 convertible. I would post pics, but can't here. Lol

I enjoy the wiring diagnostics. Building the engine, transmission, rear end is easy. Fabrication and wiring shows ya who the men are.

We recently installed a rebuilt 350 (.040 over) mild Comp flat tappet cam. Did the cam break-in and all seemed fine. Then just as we were finalizing the last few details, it developed a pronounced ticking sound. Did everything you have been doing. Pulled lifters, cam lobes looked okay.... ran with valve cover off, top end was getting oiled. Replaced or reset three loose rocker studs, changed lifters, replaced rockers, valve covers... even went to 20W50 in sheer desperation... but still ticking. Used a dial indicator to check run-out on the #7 exhaust valve and there was a slight deviation on that lobe. Took the adjustment down a touch and it went away. Runs great! GOOD LUCK with your set!
