My Father bought two Vicky albums in the mid to late 70's, when he bought a new hi fi stereo...it was a big deal to have a "stereo". Vickey's two english albums were played many, many times and remind my of my young years at home with my parents! I love all kinds of music, this brings back great memories....what a voice, no matter what language she sings in! A true talent. Is it possible to buy the english CD's of Vicky's?
Hey Joe McKenzie, You're driving us mad! Why don't you serve in the bar? Our glasses are empty, We need you up here. Hey Joe McKenzie, Start pouring the beer. Hey Joe McKenzie, We know where you are, Down in the cellar with Sue. It's clear you love kissing, But think of us first. Hey Joe McKenzie, We're dyin' of thirst. (Chorus) La, la, la, la, la, la, la, To hell with this place. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, It's just a disgrace. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, We're waiting up here. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, No wine and no beer. Hey Joe McKenzie, You're sweet rendevous, Will be delightful but dangerous too. Hey Joe McKenzie, Our tongues hanging out, Don't send us home feeling dry. Come on fill the glasses, Don't treat us so bad. Hey Joe McKenzie, You're driving us mad. Hey Joe McKenzie, Stop playing this game, Suzy can wait 'til we've gone. You don't seem to hear, Though we scream and we shout. Hey Joe McKenzie, We'll drag you both out. (Chorus X 2) La, la, la, la, la, la, la, To hell with this place. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, It's just a disgrace. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, We're waiting up here. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, No wine and no beer. Hey Joe Mackenzie, You're sweet rendevous, Will be delightful but dangerous too.

Find it very hard to buy any of her albums in english, i keep searching!
My father also had a few albums, and we did not speak english, this was a favourite song
@@72BMR i had 2 cassette tapes in English, loved her style of singing
you probably can, from online sellers and official website.
Same for me! My dad played her albums along with Cat Stevens constantly. LOVE both Vicky and Cat!
Can someone write the words of the song, please...
