Oh kay. For some reason, even after I did this mission as Tarma, it's more nerve wrecking and harder as Eri. I even play identical to Tarma, with the only real differences being in the boss fights. Although, me playing as Tarma, I didn't need to care about the final boss because "lol Tarma in a Slug". But as Eri, I found that there were a LOT of attacks I didn't know how to dodge, and it involved re-planning my strategy against the final boss. So hopefully this video makes up for the severe lack of technicality present in my Tarma run of this mission. Although, I was too nervous at the boss fight, resulting in me being unable to hit any of my Cannons I had saved for the second phase.
I swear, I don't know why it's so much harder as Eri. It should be easier as her. But my heart was thumping well after I was processing the video from the recording. - Hry

esos dias de felicidad con metal slug anthology, uff, dificil de obtener ese mismo sentimiento de diversion con cualquier otro juego
Para sacar este final, debes ir por la ruta alternativa de la anterior mision a la final, cuando estas en el puente que se destruye, antes que colapse completamente, debes ir agachado por la parte de abajo del mapa, y cas por otra ruta, pero esta vez tu Tanque es ROOT MARS y puedes usar todos sus ataques (menos las bolitas verdes)
Este es uno d los juegos q más me gustan... Solo q creo q jugué hasta el 3 o el x.. Alguna vez alguno mas.... Pero lo volvería a jugar aunque pasara muchos años mas.... Me da nostalgia ver estos juegos... Y mirarme al espejo... Y ver q ya no soy un niño... Ahora somos hombres con problemas de verdad y luchamos en la vida... Gracias x el video y saludos

I wonder if the people from Pixar saw this ending and drew inspiration from it for Toy Story 3. This game is from 2006, Toy Story 3 was released in 2010.
Why would they take inspiration from this?
I quite like MS6's version of "Final Attack". Sure, it's a radical departure from the normal ones, but it has really amazing progression, from creepy and sinister to mildly mystifying, leading to a familiar tune from the old Final Attacks in a kamikaze like feeling to it. Pretty impressive when you consider the track has to loop.
Slug Digger path is fun for me, but I agree, it does kill the pace of the mission. But hey, it's the ONE stage in the game where Tarma has the undisputed advantage :D
XSquareS I agree, starts with the classic intro... and throws the entire song through the window. The only reminiscent of the theme sounds like a nightmare I had the first time I saw Mission 6.

Excelente, aunque te salteaste muchos enemigos pero la finalidad de este video era mostrar como es la mision final de Metal Slug 6, yo en esta mision uso a Tarma por los vehículos que le dan el doble de salud y el doble de cañones.

Eso es fácil después de matar así jefe los marcianos hicieron un tregua con sus jefe de los malos y decidieron buscarlos y cuando ya lo hiban a lograr llegar los marcianos de Júpiter
Y por eso decidieron unirse los marcianos y los soldados al final para derrotar al otro marciano más poderoso

Cómo se conseguía el final de RootMars? How'd you get RootMars ending?
En la misión 4 (la del puente) tenías que ir por un camino alternativo, justo antes de agarrar el avioncito está ese camino, una vez que lo cruzás el puente colapsa, si colapsa y fuiste por arriba te aparece el avión (significa que no lo lograste) pero si colapsa y solo te aparecen mas marcianitos voladores es que lo lograste. Para ir por el camino alt. solo tenes que ir agachado y listo, al hacerlo te sale rootmars como un vehiculo y al final del juego te sale ese ending con rootmars salvandote

It's stupid as anyone else but Eri. Eri makes such quick work of the Second Phase of the boss, you hardly get any chances to use the cannons. I estimated that I could have about 4 openings to nail him with the cannon in the second phase, hence why I used 6 in the first phase. It makes gauging the damage dealt to the first phase easier, with it just about to die as the timer hits 56. This is important as I need to spend my last Zantetsu Sword ammo to kill it to Shotgun him as I fell.

Si la excavadora tenia poca gasolina te la destruyen y automáticamente mueres, pero igual reapareces con otra excavadora

I've always thought that Eri was the most broken DPS in the game only because of her usage of grenades.
Not even fio's double ammo can match Eri obliterating a boss with 50 grenades to the face.

You definitely play better than I do. Unfortunately it takes me 2 continues to beat it. But I think you could make more points than that with the skills you have. I make 6.9 mil with Marco but I'm still working on improving my score without using Clark.
