Good video! I have an open floor on my main level of the house for the dining room / kitchen area. I currently have a Sonos Play:5 for music for that area, but I just don’t really love it. Do you think one Sonos era 300 speaker will fill the rooms well with Spatial Audio? My house isn’t very big but I would like to have a nicer sound when I’m cooking and eating.
We tried these in a fairly open space and were really pleased with how it sounded, even in the kitchen during cooking. Upgrading to a Sonos Five (or an Era 300 if you prefer the aesthetic) would definitely upgrade the sound of the music you're playing.
Hi ! I am gone buy hole new system from sonos to my new livingroom and think arc 2 sub gen 3.. and then i cant decide on 2 fives or 2 era 300 . Whats do you recomend? ( sorry for my bad english im swedish 🙈🤣)
the Arc 2 is still not out (also waiting for its launch so baaaad) . i also get a bit confused on whether to choose the era 300s or the sonos five, you could probably wait and see if sonos probably releases the Arc gen 2 probably with era 500s in the future then you can decide.
I have a Arc, dual Gen 3 subs, and Fives as rears with my LG OLED 77C1. It sounds fantastic! I purchased the system before the Era 300 were even announced; but, I think I might have gone for the Era 300 to future proof myself. My Xfinity cable service is stereo or 5.1, about 20%-30% of streaming content is in Atmos format, gave up on DVD/Blu-ray disks, and I don't listen to Atmos music. I don't know how the Era 300 compare to the Fives for non Atmos content (I'm non-Atmos +70% of the time)? I find Atmos doesn't add much unless it is an action/horror/sci-fi movies. I really need Atmos for dialogue heavy shows like Romcoms, documentary, drama shows, news, sports, etc... I'm 100% happy with set-up and fine with waiting for Arc Gen 2, Era 500, and content from cable/streaming moving to +50% Atmos.

I wanted a 300 but after the backlash of the App I think I'm going to wait things out.
