Ask Lionel Sanders
Would be blocking or drafting by the person he had to swing around
no its only for imaginary lines
Ridiculous he didn’t get dq for this. LS did not cross an actual line and did get dq. Such bs
The ridiculous part is dqing for it
these ridiculous rules make tri seem absurd to most people.
No way!! did he get DQ for that???
Looks like he was over the line on the way into the corner also?
which race was it?
Ironman 70.3 World Champs
KB-Crossed center line DQ fair play.Not dq'd?!
LS Came close to center line However road didn't have centerline and LS DQ'd?!?!
Big fan of tri and these athletes but management at Ironman did not do their job
I don't think that crossing the central line to overtake is banned. I think if it is the only way to overtake and not draft its fine. But I am not sure about it.
agree, the guy front of him was too much on the left. Anyway it was not a turn or short cut from KB. @@baumbolt505
yet sanders was DQd where there was no line only an "imaginary line" in the same situation@@baumbolt505
Has all this aero crap and he’s still slow
How much do you charge for coaching?
@@robbo3132 100% free. Get rid of those goofy aero bars. Ride lots and race crits. It’s pretty simple
@@sillypuddystl2907should time trialists ditch the aero bars too? 😂
@@sillypuddystl2907Crits and time trial rides are totally different what are you talking about 😂
@@dsd6538 not comparing. Probably 99% of competitive cyclists don’t care about TT’s, including me. It’s pretty much a waste of time. 15,20,25 mile breakaways rarely happen. Much smarter to concentrate on power at 1, 3, 5, 8 minutes and hit these outputs multiple times in a race over and over again. It’s just better training. I could put up a respectable TT time without even training for it because training at higher intensities benefits the entire system.
