- Turns out changing the air filter in combination with the air filter plate made the exhaust note of the motorcycle more bass-y. A small video on that. Use earphones.
The stock cans are sounding great now! And the throttle has got more zip to it! :D

How I tell? Ok when we pull throttle and point it goes above 3000 rpm we can here a whining sound like air induction. Does this increase it?
Hello. New subscriber here. 👋 would you recommend using the stock airbox or opening it up like you did? Also, which would you prefer, k&n or DNA? 🤔
K&N would be my choice. Always have been. Installed it on my Classic 350 and FatBoy107 2018 edition. It’s good. If you are using an after market airfilter, then I suggest open it up. But in order to get the max output you need to get booster plug and after market exhausts.

The dark but well lit streets hit different.
And watching the sun rise after riding for an hour is better.
Edit: it sounds so good now how good it'll sound if you get an after market exhaust?.

You are running the engine leaner. Does that give your tad better mileage?
It gives about the same mileage. Kinda depends on the rider too. If they don’t ride it aggressively all the time, or rev up the engine in the traffic then mileage will drop.
Hey Srinivas, my interceptor is coming within a week or two. And probably I'll be in Delhi NCR pretty soon. Hope we can ride together someday. Mine is Baker Express too! :)

I haven't faced any heating issue on my motorcycle yet.
should we need ECU remapping after installing the K&N air filter?
No. ECU will adjust itself. Just let it idle for 10 mins. Without reving the engine.

Yes, no point in modifying this since Indian cops have become very strict about after market exhausts.

Nope. All depends on the driver how they drive. I haven’t experienced any mileage drop :)
