Didn't know about that undo shortcut I always tried double tap as it is in other apps although I'd rather use the eraser in object mode which is accessible at your finger with the pencil 4:30

A heads up for anyone, tip 2 only works with the second generation Apple Pencil, not the first generation.
I actually reused my tip from my first gen and put it on my 2nd gen… and it works!

For the first tip, in goodnotes u can esaly undo by double tapping with two fingers. It's way more convenient.

What’s the trick for making uppercase letters. I would use my pencil more but feel like the corrections take to long and I end up bringing up the keyboard to fix them.

FYI, first gen pencils work on Ipads Pro 2015 and 2017 (1st and 2nd gen)
How does a paper like screen protector affect the color and brightness when viewing a move or vid?
Is there any hope for a softer tip replacement (from Apple) - even with PaperLike, it still feels too slippery and there is the annoying tap-tap-tap of plastic on surface. I use silicon tip covers, they are quieter but take away from the precision of the pencil and therefore the overall writing experience.
What calendar app is it that you are using ?
I really don’t hate you for using a paper like screen protector and I’ve also been watching for nine months I am addicted
I couldn’t get the Paperlike app to let me buy it. I kept pushing the button but it didn’t work. I have an iPad Air 5th generation and I didn’t say it was compatiable with it

How do you active Tip 5. Please assist me understand the same
I really don’t know what Apple were thinking with their original Pencil, just sticking a charging connection on the end, because it could get dirty at times (if you Lost the protective Cap) I imagine and even fall out if your iPad was stood upright, more shocking though is how they still insist on including it with some of their newest iPads today (I think its the colored ones).
I am really enjoying the newer pencil though, especially with the new Hover-feature where a cursor or dot appears (only on 2022 Model iPads & newer) when the tip of the pencil is in close enough proximity to the screen! The way it charges it is so much better now too!
Hover feature only works when using iPad Pro not on an iPad Air though.
The biggest issue I have with Apple Pencil 1 (and probably 2 too) is that it won’t recognise my handwriting in German or Dutch. Works better in English. That’s why I stopped using the Apple Pencil in general for writing.
How do you work so effortlessly with the Pencil? I recently got a new iPad Pro and drawing on Sketchbook isn't as fun cuz the pressure sensitivity is so less nor is there any way to increase it in the iPad OS so I find myself putting extra force on the pencil against the screen to draw thicker lines..

Apple Pencil has pressure sensitivity..
@@casperghost1467 I mean the pressure sensetivity seems low when I use certain brushes and there's no way to control it
Isn’t there pressure control in the app?
I use procreate & you can change how much pressure sensitivity you want
I’m pretty sure even individual brushes have them in procreate
I suggest checking the settings first your brushes
Is the scribble feature only for pro and second gen pencil?
Nope. I have a 2018 iPad (6th Gen) and 1st Gen Pencil. Scribble works great on my device. You need to upgrade to the latest OS, though.
Is there a way to swipe from the bottom left for quick notes?
You can change it in Settings.

I used Paperlight and i hated it. It made the pencil pressure sensitivity unusable.

Can I like write while my palm is touching the screen without ruining what I’m doing?
Settings > Apple Pencil > Only Draw with Apple Pencil. Turn on. This will stop the ipad from recognizing your hand as an input
yes in settings also goodnotes have a setting where you can pick which style you hold your pencil to help with palm rejection as well☺

I love my Apple Pencil but it’s now slightly bent from my grip 😢
I highly recommend trying a triangle grip. Or a grip of some sort. Since I incorporated it I unable to get a good hold on the naked Apple Pencil. The alternate fine tip that I use plus the grip has improved my handwriting so much.

It will be a mechanical Apple Pencil that you need to click the lead out to use it. And refills will be available.
She says she gets negative comments about the screen protectors she uses,and I’m like- why?? What’s so negative about matte screen protectors? 😂 I think they’re easier to glide your hand across than regular tempered glass.
If you heard her she said the reason is some people find the pencil tip wears down quicker with a screen protector due to slightly greater resistance between protector & tip.

Sadly scribble doesn’t work for all languages. I need to write letter by letter to use Scribble in Dutch, and that’s too slow and very inaccurate.
True! Unfortunately i only discovered that when I already bought the pencil.. little bit disappointed :/ hopefully it’ll be available in Dutch soon 🤞🏼

Personally I use the Logitech crayon it is as good as the Apple Pencil and for 3/4 of the price😊

Whispering, almost whispering and vocal fry are all a bit on the annoying side, and they signal that your topic is not very important.
maybe, but i actually really like her voice because its so calming and soft, so watching the video is easy for me. Watching something super hyper like Mr. Beast is actually really annoying to me, and i can’t stand it because it is way to high energy. Her voice is perfect for me, so it must be perfect for others as well, so it really depends on her audience. Considering there are over 160,000 people who viewed this video with 100k+ dedicated subscribers, her voice isn’t actually all to bad. if you don’t like it, thats fine, but tons of people do! 😊

IPAD 9 is fantastico. Power up the gazatch for a normal user. Ergo, Pencil 1 will do you well for half the price.
