Well. I mean watch how stars pose with their legs in exactly the same way so their waists are minimized and they look relaxed. She gets photographed endlessly and gets excellent care for everything so her face ages less. I’m sure someone has told her how to hold her face for the best possible photo. I don’t know what they told her but I’ve heard it’s tongue to roof of mouth to firm jaw, face towards camera, eyes not directly looking at camera.
As evidenced from her own Mothers' Day photograph, Catherine is well on the path to a speedy recovery. After all, she did even take the time to
respond to questions about it. She's set to make appearances after Easter. That's only two or so weeks away. Everyone should just be patient. Her
appearance will certainly clear up any and all of these wild conspiracy theories as to her whereabouts.

@@linniem5982 How can I say it? My initial comment was sarcastic in order to deflect from the expected, "she's sick - let her have time to rest!" and all of that. By following their words exactly, and after this time has now passed, you have to say, "OK - so now what?" Just a guess, I'm certainly not wishing anything BUT, I think that a bit more time may have to pass. Then we'll hear that there's been a 'turn for the worse' . The inevitable news will follow and everything will be tied up nicely - with no more questions ever being asked - only conspiracy theories. What about the bruises on William's neck, at the time ... the death of their friend Kingston, the ambulance at the palace at midnight, no appearances, ever, coming or going to a doctor - or anywhere. Seriously though, Catherine looks different in the last photo, she has heavier bags around her eyes. But I am her age and I edit my photos all the time to look better. I remove my wrinkles, pimples and double chins in my photos and that is not because I am sick, it is because I want to look as good as other people on social media..

The true downside about being a public figure is that it is impossible to maintain rights to privacy.
As has been repeatedly pointed out, the longer that William goes without at least confirming that his wife has not been diagnosed with cancer, the more people will think that she may have pancreatic cancer, which is fast and lethal.
If there is a dire diagnosis, of course Catherine has the right to decide whether or not to go public, but if she does not do so and everything is kept hush-hush, William and Charles will face the inevitably harsh backlash.

Woohoo! My guess was right! Rose Peggy Hanbury is pregnant with Williams kid. Now the rest of the story. I feel like at Christmas, Catherine told the royals that she was pregnant with her fourth child. That's when prince William wigged out, put Kate in the hospital and had an abortion performed on Kate AGAINST her will. That's when the royal press corp started putting Catherine down and declared that "Rose Peggy Hanbury" is the angel in waiting who's getting divorced from David Chumley.
