One of the best way to fight against ryu with evil ryu, is with evil ryu's crouching middle kick to whiff punish ryu's crouching middle kick, xiaohai demonstrated this perfectly in a match against dakou. Lookitup, its a really old vid, search "Qanba Doyou Xiaohai vs Qanba Doyou Dakou"
