And in 2019 I had again visited there for some business purpose and I ask the local peoples that now is all ok or not.
They told that they wanted industry.
So, the moral of the story is
Singur's people's are confused that what they want. If now they get industries. I am sure after 5yrs they will ask for lands.

In terms of electoral success, this was the lowest point of her career. But this is the Mamata Banerjee I miss - an honest, unapologetic fighter. Sometimes her policies were questionable, but never her intentions. Crazy ? Yup, you had to be if you were taking on that regime. Everything which came later was based on this. Then power came, Didi became Pisi, and after 2016 she pretty much turned into the very thing she fought against.
Feels so weird looking back on those days as an impressionable teenager. Wish these would be the moments posterity would remember her by, and not the ones unfolding, or about to unfold.
