Have you ever thought about doing a vlog style video journal for yourself? You don't ever have to watch or share them but it might be therapeutic and give you insight. And who knows, you may feel like sharing your videos. There are so many people experiencing the struggle and may find comfort and connection in your story.

@Jon yeah I re-watch it. I have a rollercoaster mind. Whenever I am happy I don't watch TPW, I watch Kats and whenever I am depressed I watch this or when I need to get over my day. Kats was my go to but without Theo I rarely watch any episode.

It's the reason a lot of songs connect with people so much and help them through tough times. It's one of the reasons Theo's podcast resonates with many people. I’m a CNA, a person who takes care of old people. I’m an old musician too. I was in a hardcore band for 7 years. I still sing. We made two albums and traveled. I have a lot of pretty colored ink on my skin that looks more like paintings of nature, flowers, trees, waterfalls etc. I’m 48 years old. I so enjoy you!!!!
