    Russian is one of the most popular languages in the world, and it's also a beautiful language. But learning Russian is not always easy - there are so many words that sound similar to each other! That's why we made this video: It has all the most common phrases in Russian for beginners, so you could start with these and then learn some more. Every sentence has an English translation on screen so you can understand what is being said.
    ABOUT
    Learning Russian is not easy, that's why we created the Russian Level 1 channel. It's full of study resources created for beginner students of the Russian language. All Russian words and phrases in our lessons are translated into English and transliterated into Latin characters. They are repeated two to three times in both slow and fast Russian so that you can clearly hear the correct pronunciation.     I'm confused. At 23:22 (half past 11) it looks like the word for 12 to me.

      The slide is correct. Half past 11 in Russian is половина двенадцатого

      "half to 12"= "half past 11"=11.30

    They need to provide phrases for both genders, not just males.
    Когда ОН приезжает - где ОНА?
    Я купил - где купилА?
    Будь осторожЕН - где осторожНА?
    Я - русскИЙ, но не русскАЯ...
    Только мужчины с мужчинами в России общаются?
    These lessons don't offer any female forms.
