Well not a lot happened in the 1st period. So it isn’t that bad
If I have learnt anything from this season, it would be that Patrick Kane will be a Red Wing next season

If you squint your eyes during Kaner's backhand goal you can see a close resemblance to Pavel Datsyuk. Scary how both can be thinking of scoring at any moment, from ANY angle. LGRW!
Raymond has really impressed everyone this year the guys gonna be real good come a few years.
He started out slow but is showing his talent. I think maybe future star.

SN won’t show ya anything other than goals and calls it a highlight package when it’s really just a scoring package. There’s so much more to the game.

@@davehowie03 yeah looked like it but they never showed a replay cuz after that happened the lightning goal wave off sequence happened so all replays focused on that

it hit the post, it did take a weird bounce off it but i think Ken Daniels' call influenced the perception it was in. i think it's on one of the other game highlight reels, sportsnet maybe.
@@georgial6398 gotcha, yeah on the Detroit broadcast they never showed a replay, I think you’re spot on about the Daniel’s call influencing the perception. Did take an odd looking bounce. Either way we won and Perron got his goal later!
Man, I missed a few key spots in this game tonight, because there was so much going on (Wings, Tigers, Pistons, Iowa/LSU). Was there a review of that Perron shot that "went off the post" (I only put that in quotes, because it DID look like it might have been a roofer).

We had way too many opportunities to throw this one away. Same old song and dance leaving the goalie out to dry. We're finally done looking like the garbage flu boys. Vasi is terrible from long range we should've had 2 more goals from distance. Noted for future. This is one in regulation we needed of the 6-1-1 I think we'll need to get in. The goal is 5-1-1 from here out.

oh my god, the Cirelli saga in the 2nd period is just ugly and it's that kind of terrible play from the wings that will keep them out of the playoffs. i'm glad we won but good god those odd man rushes they had when WE were on the PP were just atrocious hockey.

Lalonde is the main problem during this past losing record. 😤🤬 Lalonde you are an absolute joke for an NHL head coach! You show no emotion or anger whatsoever on the bench and never take a timeout to yell at the team when the players give up 2 or 3 straight quick goals in the first! 😤😡 You don’t even do as little as change the goalie to wake up the team, as most good head coaches do to tell the team they are sucking/leaving their goalie out to dry!! I would be cracking skulls on the bench, if I was watching my team’s lack of drive to get out there and kick ass or go call your agent to go somewhere else to play. A good coach knows how to motivate good players or even not so good players to win. You are not a good coach whatsoever!!! #FIRELALONDE 😤😡🤬
