    Nethili Tawa Fry Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - Nethili fish (anchovies)- 500 gm
    - Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
    - Sambar chilli powder- 1 tbsp
    - Coriander powder- 2 tbsp
    - Jeera (cumin) powder - 1/4 tsp
    - Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
    - Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    -Gram flour - 3 to 4tbsp
    - Salt- to taste
    - Oil - for frying
    Preparation Steps:
    - Wash the Nethili fish thoroughly by adding rock salt and a bit of turmeric powder. This helps to remove any impurities and adds a bit of initial flavor. Rinse well and drain the water.
    - In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry spice powders: chilli powder, sambar chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, pepper powder, and turmeric powder.
    - Add salt to taste.
    - Add a small amount of oil to the spice mixture.
    - Gradually add water to the mixture,
    stirring continuously until it forms a thick paste.
    - Add gram flour 3 to 4 tbsp mix with out lumps.
    Marinate the Fish:
    - Add the cleaned Nethili fish into the spice paste.
    - Mix the fish well with the paste, ensuring each fish is well coated with the masala.
    - Let the fish marinate for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
    Cook the Fish:
    - Heat a tawa (flat skillet) over medium heat and add some oil for frying.
    - Once the oil is hot, place the marinated fish on the tawa.
    - Cook the fish on one side until it becomes crispy and golden brown. This should take about 2 to 3 minutes.
    - Flip the fish to the other side and cook until it is well done and crispy.
    5. Serve:
    - Once cooked, remove the fish from the tawa and drain any excess oil on paper towels.
    - Serve hot as a snack or as a side dish with rice.
