14:25 it depends on whats being accomplished. If you are trying to find the value of F, you DO need to know what X is. If you are just trying to demonstrate that you know how to manipulate the equation, you DONT need to know what the value of X is
Yeah CS:GO tells people to not move while shooting as a way to help new players because the movement inaccuracy on certain guns becomes crazy bad that it ends up being a waste of bullets if you miss a lot of shots. Lower sensitivity helps with gun spray recoil and if you want to be a pro, you actively have to memorize the spray pattern and be able to control that spray on each gun. Not to say running and gunning doesn't have a place in CS. Like Badger said, the deagle is the perfect gun for this. You need to know which of the distances to shoot your gun wildly like a madman and where to stay still and go for the one deag headshots.

CSGO and Valorant are similar in terms of mechanics.
Low sens helps with crosshair placement and aim precision, so you don't spazz out trying to headshot someone. Being immobile works for both games (moreso for CS since Val has some leniency with movement and your shots) because with more movement, the less accurate your shots are. The hitboxes aren't very big, so whiffing your shots by a mere millimeter is very common.
I would say CS is more brutal than Valorant. In CS, if you see a pixel of someone's head, chances are that you're already dead. In Valorant, you might have a chance.
