It was so unmatched that towards the last three events each player was playing something different and just going to events and winning (c6 at the time made a long ass tweet about it). I think the optic dynasty was awesome to see as individual players but as Crimsix states ‘we won out of pure skill, when Damon and I looked back we knew we should have not won that many”.

I’ve been an Optic fan since I was like 14, and I’m almost 24 now. I can say with confidence that I’ve been a fan of every player on the team, not just Scump, for every year of comp CoD that I’ve watched. With that being said, I’ve been a fan of Scump himself the whole time because he’s the OG. I literally grew up watching the dude, went through high school and served 3 years in the Army within the time that I’ve been watching Scump.

Optic is struggling IMO is they have Gun skill (sometimes) but they lack awareness most of times when you see them play they seem clueless on what is the plan. Faze and NYSL seem to have awareness and a good set of DUO Smgs , the little things? they never had that when they did it was NaDe or Karma but they both lacked Gunskill(meaning half or more of the gunfights they would lose them) compared to FaZe they mostly all do the "little things" and win most of there gun fights its hard to beat FaZe. But Optic will never win a another ring unless they actually enjoy the game and put the extra hours. FaZe enjoy playing cd they are young and have shit to prove still , Optic well you have formal r3king shit back in halo and ghost and AW, BO3 , IW , Scump in Mw2,Mw3,Bo1,Bo2,ghost,AW,Bo3,IW , dashy has shit still to prove and so does envoy but when formal is inconsistent and scump does not enjoy the latest cods (i dont blame him they have been awful) but they wont beat FaZe anytime soon. If i had to put a roster now to beat FaZe it Would be this HyDra,Shotzzy,Octane,Kenny that would be a great match to watch they all play the game more than others you can tell but lol thats it
