I use a 140 for mowing, tilling and snowblowing. pulls like a tank and just keeps running. I'm considering building a loader for it as well

    Great loader build.
You will probably find a ton of uses for it.
A ROPS would be a good addition for safety.
You gotta make more stuff for us to watch.
    Thanks.

I don’t have plans, I used the tractors hydraulic system to power the loader. I would like to add an external pump eventually. The bucket is actually from a small John Deere tractor

If anyone is still looking for plans go to PF engineering .com. I am building one for my John Deere 430 with the Yanmar diesel. I have been on every website on the net and between the junk that people want for 40 and 44 loaders is shameful. Then you may run across some that say they will fabricate for any tractor only to find 1992 and newer. If it is a John Deere and you refuse to get a little buck loader look into PF. My 430 will accept up to a 54" bucket and with 350 lbs. ballast I will be able to lift a thousand pounds easily. NOT that I plan on abusing it that much, but these prints and the engineering are the real deal if you can read, cut and weld!

Neat, didn't know about that site. Thanks for sharing. I'm planning on making an articulating arm front end loader similar... though different having the articulating arms on the from boom to move the hydraulic cylinder for the bucket what raising and lowering to keep the bucket at the same angle. Cool website. Actually, planning to use some different material too... since was going to use the free dock 2" 1/4" thick square stock and O.D. square tubing other materiel for the boom under dock mount parts. Recently invested in an old Farmall H front end loader for $20 for that heavier duty 3/8" material that's probably a little big... though will work nicely. I think that's an old cobbled "New Idea" model like this: www.forestryforum.com/gallery/albums/userpics/31755/Jim_s_Photo064_28Custom29.jpg Good material anyways for only $20.
