- Despite the pain carryover from teh Chance Shaw supermatch and Florida State practice I couldnt resist getting on the table right away with John. The first pull really hurt, lol, then some Ibuprofren was taken and the training got a little better. lol But seriously John is feeling mega.

I wonder how many people in Johns life just know him as “John”, and not the greatest arm wrestler who ever lived. He comes off as such an unassuming guy. What. A. Legend.
I don’t know him personally but that’s the impression I got too. He’s so awesome.
i have never heard any person say one bad word about john.
He did say at one point in an interview last year that 90% of people he actually knows are through armwrestling.

Ryan is in the best shape of his life and held everyone in Florida practice like larratt. He then feels a just out of retirement John and is easily handled. John is a legend.
I was thinking the exact same thing. After doing sone research John's tendons must be 4 times the size of a regular human.

By taking painkillers to continue armwrestling will injure the elbow further. The pain is a signal telling the elbow not to go beyond a certain point or it will cause damage. By taking painkillers those signals get blocked so the pain is not telling you the point of damage.

I use to are wrestle 20 years ago or so, couldn't find a club, or anyone else to train with and gave it up. I'm 28 almost 39 I wonder if it's to late to get back into it. I'd love to learn from John, or even devon. I just don't see how it would even be possible to reach out to them and ask.

John looks like he's putting his elbow in front of his body, instead of to his side, which is good. It means he's engaging his back and triceps and not relying solely on his bicep. A younger John always had his elbow in front of him.

@@ZEUSILLZAU I dont think so personally. hes a good guy, a good arm wrestler too. And one of the best ambassadors for armwrestling out there. He literally travels countries to learn and teach about armwrestling and different cultures and variations of the sport not just to compete and see whose the best. There is a lot of hype I will admit that. But his personal record backs it up too. he has lost a few matchs. and those few were to some of the best. It doesnt mean he isn't also up there with them though. There is always someone better than you, thats life. stay humble.

there are lots of treatments to look into and try. keep searching out stuff. don't be afraid to look outside the box to "alternative" stuff that most doctors wouldn't recommend. the pharmaceutical industry owns healthcare. so there are lots of really good safe, effective, cheap and natural treatments that you won't hear about if you go by what they tell you is proven and what the doctors suggest. there are practitioners that use various technologies as well that aren't in hospitals that help with various things. good luck john.

All of us and i mean all want John to be at the top again. If it happens he may be thrust into a modern day account of his career, then the world will know that the greastest was not ali, Mayweather, woods, jordan, kabib, petty, Andretti, fedder, brady, etc it was this guy from Arizona.
