  • Rear Wiper Blade (16”) - amzn.to/3JhvCOm
This video is a very quick, clear, and concise step-by-step guide for replacing the rear (back) windshield wiper blade on a Toyota Sienna. This is a very simple swap, but it does help to see it done once, just so you don’t end up snapping the plastic tab, or worse, accidentally cracking your rear windscreen with the metal wiper arm!
    This procedure applies to most Toyota Sienna’s, including 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Toyota Sienna’s, as well as others.
Good luck, and thanks for watching!

Clear, concise, with just enough detail and to the point, most video creators could learn a lot from you. Thanks a bunch!

Perfect. I considered myself ahead because, after 5 minutes wrestling with the rear wiper, I hadn't either impaled myself or pulled it off the window. Headed inside to get on the computer, found this video, and, like many things in life, it was really easy once I knew what to do, ha ha. Thanks.

If your Sienna doesn't have a quick release tab, remove the small plastic cover over the rotation axis, then swing the blade all the way out to 90 degrees. Continue rotating blade forcefully until it snaps out (took a couple pounds of force in my case). It's a rotating, not sliding, motion.

Thanks for the tip, I'm sure it will help others with a similar design. All the best!

my 2004 sienna looks nothing like that, so now I know that rock auto did send the right wiper, but still don't know what to get for mine. Nice video though

I have a 2006 Sienna that has a J hook and when I purchase a replacement there’s no clip to retain blade. I don’t get it, why don’t these come with clips to snap down blade?

Agree. Have 2005 Sienna and it is different design that need to take the cover off in order to be able to lift it away from windshield first, then can flip/rotate it to slide out.

Hi, I am wondering if there is a difference on rea wiper blades? I notice my 2008 RAV4 uses a rear blade like your old one. My 2001 sienna rea windshield seems to have a blade like your new blade. Are they interchangeable?

Yes, they're interchangeable. The main thing is to make sure they are the same length. Good luck! 👍
