Ah dude you have excellent taste in games. I’ve watched some of your valheim vids, and Hunt is only second to Valheim in playtime on my PC since I built it in 2020. It’s my core multiplayer game and it’s amazing how it stays endlessly engaging while lot being a content pumped live service game.
I would say you have great taste in games too then. 😂 Also my top 2 on playtime.
and yeah that's what I keep saying too. They update better than any other shooter IMO. The game is constantly evolving. I love it.

Great video - as someone who’s played Hunt since the very earliest days of early access, something that kept me coming back was the open ended, nebulous win condition. In any given game the win condition is obviously to kill the boss and get the bounty, but get downed once that goal can just become getting the banish to get bars back. And if the boss has already been banished and you’re down to your last bar, simply getting out alive can be it’s own victory. I think it also benefits from (I believe) predating the extraction shooter moniker, and thus had the freedom to develop its own style without pressure from other games in the emerging genre.

hunt is a fucking masterpiece, this really is the type of fps that doesn't bores you. theres so many ways of playing, so many ways of screwing things up, hard to play hard to master. The addition of dynamic climate is amazing, and the whole lore is jut cherry on top. Nice vid

Great Video! I know there are people unhappy with HUNT, like any game it has issues, and its not Perfect but good lord the GAME is AMAZING! THE SOUND IS AMAZING!! There is nothing LIKE IT! It is just so unique and I have never had a game hold my attention like it other then MMOs like WOW or EQ back in the day.

Lmao people really enjoy to overrate hunt don't they? Surely game looks cool and has different enemies or whatever, but how bout we talk the dogshit easily abusable MMR system that ruins the entire game for any region that's not US or Europe? Or the cheaters that make it even worse, oh oh, and talk about the nuances of people abusing reshade to see through everything for about three fucking years, including flashbangs that btw have no counterplay and everyone abuse them above 4mmr. Damn that has some heavy nuances truly, like the nuance of rolling back and everything cause crytek can't do netcode, so unique.
Every game has problems. At the end of the day I think its about if you enjoy the gameplay loop or not. The game is unique enough to keep me playing personally but as a long time player I understand your complaints. They've fixed some of those problems now though btw. Reshade is banned. Flashes nerfed. Whole engine upgrade coming soon. Not sure about the mmr thing you are talking about though, or the rolling back.
I play SA servers and i just gave up. I played duos aggainst trios in a team with 3.5 star mmr. We got put aggainst teams with 5.5 stars hahahahahah. We only play US now. And i've been 6 star mmr once in SA servers and its a terrible game.
