The likely suspect: Acro
Proximity to the victim at the time of death: Acro
The Motive: Acro
The killer: The Judge
In Acro's own words: "I *AM* the culprit, am I not?! 🤔"
Thanks for watching! 💪
Seems legit
As always, even when Phoenix Wright seems like the clumsiest man in the room, he somehow is right anyway.
The universe bends to Phoenix's bluffs
I can't believe arco get gaslight into believing he committed a crime
Maybe after the Judge declared Max guilty, it somehow triggered a magic effect that transported Acro to a universe where the Judge was the culprit.
Just a theory 😂
In a universe where the Judge is guilty, every theory is possible 😂
This is insane
It be more funnier if phoenix weight was also transported as well

A GAME THEORY
I feel so bad for the judge when the bailif searched him, it's like watching someone snatch some elderly's dentures
I have a sinking feeling everything Wright says becomes eventually true (including things said in jest), like in the Asinine Attorney.
Now that would be a cool superpower. Imagine saying "I won the lottery" and suddenly it's true. Though I doubt Wright would ever use it for anything outside of the courtroom xD
That's just asking for a crossover case with Sagume Kishin as the prosecutor
@@jigglykirby who? That name is familiar but I don't know from where though

....bold words.
I'd like to think that it was just Max Galactica magic trick to get his friend and colleague of the hook.
And he convinced the judge to take the blame for the murder to save Acro?
Not gonna lie, that would be a sick scenario xD
@@debastiansebeste Nah, he just bent reality itself so that the culprit would be the judge.
@@lexcentrique2554 Max Galactica possesses the Reality Stone!? 😱
@@debastiansebeste well The Judge dosent care if he is found as the culprit since he is the only one who can give a verdict
I'm pretty sure the double penalty was a 4+4, making it the largest non-full penalty in the series.
Good memory there, It was indeed 4+4, but I decided to made it a 2+2 to save me some editing time that I'd spend on making the custom popups, as I could only find the simple 2-damage ones on Discord.
I thought I could get away with it but I got busted in the end 😅
@@debastiansebeste It's only because I've played through all of the games at least three times.
The 2+2 didn't subtract anything from my immense enjoyment of the video, don't you worry. I hereby find you...

@@debastiansebeste and you would've gotten away with it if it wasn't for this meddling commenter
@@NullWes10 *curse you Mystery INNNNNCC*
@@debastiansebeste you got BUSTed
Plot twist: This is how the murder really happened.
After wiretapping the victim’s office, the culprit came to the meeting place and bludgeoned him to death with the bust that he previously swapped with a dull to Acro’s room.
Then, he took the victim’s place and posed as him, knowing Acro would have no way to actually verify the victim’s state.
Using this at his advantage, he swapped the fake bust with the real one, making Acro remoting the real murder weapon.
It was after that the killer removed to victim’s body above the chest so Acro obviously think he was the killer and as long nobody would suspect Acro to commit the murder, he was fine.
But after the first day of the trial, a new possibility was advanced and the killer didn’t have other choice than taking back the bust.
So, when he was on the witness lobby, the judge spiked a drink the bailif gave to Acro and removed the bust from his wheelchair to his judge’s bench.
The motive: The victim discovered...the judge’s real name...
So in order to silence him, he...killed him.
Lmao, this had me rolling xD And the judge's hidden identity being the motive, 😂
My only objection would be that, if the judge knew that Acro was going to murder Russell Berry anyway, he'd probably let him do it instead of killing Berry himself and fooling Acro into thinking he did :p
@@debastiansebeste The trap wasn’t safe to fail as it couldn’t have strucked the victim with 100% certainty and he could have discovered what transpired if the bust fell a little off from where it supposed too.
Plus, that wouldn’t change anything if he indeed murdered the victim or not, no one would believed a complete third party (the judge or this case) would goes a to circus to murder the ringleader.
So by framing Acro who indeed have intent of murder against the girl, the case rest perfect for the judge.
@@themastermindvigilante4029
Ah, I see, so the Judge tried to kill Regina Berry because he thought she knew his name, but ended up killing her father instead. If he’s willing to go through this much effort to hide his real name, the Judge must’ve been involved in some terrible crime or was falsely accused himself. So he did something neither Phoenix nor ANY prosecutor would expect: A DOUBLE FRAME JOB! This way, it doesn’t matter who was found guilty, someone else got ALL the blame.
@@debastiansebeste that's not all. The meeting was supposed to be happen with Regina there. Not her dad. So it's even wierder. Unless the judge knew his victim had to from the beginning. Unwilling to let the victim go or to just let his daughter die he connivingly came to Regina like an uncle and convinced her that the letter was not meant for her manipulating her to put it on the notice. This would have led a lot of people to see this but then the judge ensured that the victim would see it. Now knowing the victim would go to the meeting he went there and killed him a few moments before. Fortunately when he took the victims place putting the other side of elaborate scheme into play, everything worked. It was a bonus cause the victim wore Maxwells costume instead making it even more confusing and even more unlikely he would ever be discerned. The problem of why he couldn't let Acro finish the job is because he didn't know if Acro would go for it. Of he did r didn't as long as he had the fake bust with blood smeared on it he would be held guilty. After disposing the real bust, he thought it was all over but the real bust was discovered by gumshoe who was playing with his dog missile. Knowing that the real weapon was found didn't change much except that if Acro is caught with the fake it would demand further investigation of both busts. The fake unlike the real one was not handled with gloves Luke the real one due to carelessness so he had to now go out of his way to recover it. However the fake bust was found still having his finger prints with no way for him to get away. So he confessed pre maturely while knowing he could still find a way out.
If they ever make another Pheonix wright game, i kinda hope the Judge is the killer in the last case and it's the biggest twist in ace attorney history, but that would probably make it the last Pheonix game
Not necessarily. If they introduced us a new and expendable judge then that could be possible (so that we wouldn't lose our good ol' judge :p)
@@debastiansebeste Actually would be funny if we had a new judge for the whole game then one of the cases reveals him as the killer before bringing back the classic judge
It seems we need to talk about The Great Ace Attorney...
@@michelleanderson5244 oh snap that sounds like a huge spoiler
@@debastiansebeste I still highly recommend it. I didn't think it would be as good as the Phoenix Wright trilogy, but I was dead wrong. I got hooked.
If Turnabout Big Top had this twist, the case would be so much better.
Fransizka took a lesson in finding the truth from Edgeworth
She probably realized that listening to Wright leads to the truth, even when he's wrong xD
@@debastiansebeste I mean...yeah. True.
She actually did. The surprise search of Acro's room was Edgeworth's idea, as shown by the scene of him in the airport.
The fact that she actually assumed phoenix was telling the truth was surprising due to the fact she *HATES* him
oh damn it was expectable the judge had the bust but that plot twist damn
Never trust a judge who refuses to show you his -legs- bench
Turnabout Big Top was a wild case.
Wild indeed, and it divided the fanbase a lot. Though I admit I enjoyed it much
@@debastiansebeste I found myself siding with the opposing side. I, like them, don't really like Turnabout Big Top. I CAN say that Moe the clown is an icon though.
@@razorratproductions3499 damn right, Moe supremacy
I like the idea that the Judge committed the most elaborate crime of murdering the ringmaster, framing Max, and brainwashing Acro into thinking he did it so that he would have a backup plan, only for that to be completely ruined by Phoenix BS'ing by saying the Judge is hiding the bust without knowing that it's true.

Acro did put it there, didn't he?

Aw thank you so much, glad you enjoyed them! 😁
This is the most Insane and crazy thing I have seen in ace attorney and really funny but in the end I don’t know if this really happened in the case it would be considered the best or the worst with the most insane ending
The main drawback would be that we would lose our eternal judge and he would have to be replaced either by Judge Courtney or (most probably) by his Scottish brother xD
Plot twist: They found the bust on Acro, yoinked it, and Judge hid it to keep it for himself.
Still love this lmao

Nice, how about one where Phoenix accuses Franziska of hiding the bust
I thought about that too, but tbh I was quite satisfied with her canon reaction, plus, I can't see Phoenix or the Judge making Franziska stand aside to search her desk without whipping casualties 😂
@@debastiansebeste lol they always have pearl to sneak through
The judge just wanted the bust because it looked neat, and Franziska only ordered the search because she saw a chance to humiliate Phoenix further.
This guy knows what's going on
THE ENDING IM HOWLINGGGGGG
Theory: Max, knowing Acro was guilty, but also understood why he did it, decided to save him by transporting it to the Judge’s bench and hypnotizing him into thinking he did it. How, you may ask? Well, a magician never reveals their secrets.
No, They Found The Weapon.
Judge IS Guilty.
I had another situation in this game... where the judge said these following lines:
"You want to kill me... YOU WANT ME DEAD DONT YOU?!?"
"GUILTY!!! YOU ARE HEREBY DECLARED GUILTY!!!"
Ah yes that's when Phoenix asked Shelly how much he charges for his services. Just the best line the judge has ever said xD
See, that’s why I hope Ace Attorney will introduce Boosters. Like something that will refill the penalty bar once more when it runs out.
I think Dual Destinies has done that. Played last week and I lost, and it asked me "Try again?" and it just refilled the bar and continued from the last question
I was honestly thinking the bar fills up after you reach a certain point in the case.
@@sonomniending a chapter or clearing a spirit lock sequence.
I don't know if this was intended, but this is kinda reminiscing to the moment when Edgeworth helps Phoenix at the end of Turnabout Samurai. Actually i would have liked to see this in the actual game as an alternate ending lol.
