After they stole my truck i knew i had to buy a gps tracker so i been looking for one i think will be best so i just ordered me one off amazon,comes in tomorrow im excited to install it but how much is the subscription???
on the extra capacity battery pack and shell case for this unit (which I own). what color should the wall charger light be when the extended battery pack is fully charged?
The charger light will turn green once the battery pack is fully charged.

Does it work just as well if I hid it in the trunk versus the undercarriage of the vehicle?
We recommend trying different locations on your particular vehicle and seeing which placement yields the most accurate reporting. The Spark Nano 7 tracks best when it has a clear view of the sky or is placed underneath the vehicle with the help of the magnetic case so the signals can bounce off the ground. Placing it in the trunk will compromise the tracking accuracy of the GPS tracker.
How to buy it, and whats the price

I bought one and activated it and only worked for a week and a 1/2 then it's stopped at a location when I was able to get ahold of it I charged it, but it just stayed at the location where it got charged !!! Is no l9nger working,,,, Does it need to be reprogrammed after the battery dies ? 🤷♀️

Just bought one. Everything is good so far. Wish it came with that magnet case. And can it connect to the satellite through an aluminum enclosed trailer?
Hi Dat Boi Sheed! While metals seldom interfere with signals, the best way to track the aluminum enclosed trailer is by using a Magnetic Waterproof Case. Just insert your Spark Nano to the case and affix it to a vehicle's undercarriage and, you're ready to go! Took a few hours for the newly activated Nano to sync with the app, but it works now and kicking the tires, very impressed so far.Just wish I could modify the time zone triggers in the app to match mine, help (thanks Brickhouse).

There are no activation or cancellation fees to get your unit up and running and no long-term commitment. That means our subscription has no contract, and you can cancel it anytime. The service plan would cover both the data plan for the device and access to our GPS Tracking Platform.
