Like, look at the fucking Buster sword, dude… Him launching a piece of rebar is NOTHING.
It is funny coming from a person who I think enjoys Crisis Core too.
Swinging a huge chunk of steel but swinging big rock is anime nonsense
People in this universe are so strong, that random soldier is able to just hand cloud his buster sword at arms length holding it out horizontally.
To be honest I don’t know how much lore there is on buster sword manufacturing but I always kinda just assumed the buster sword and other massive swords that Cloud uses are all made of special kinds of metals that exist in their world, lightweight but sturdy ones.
I find it hard to believe much else considering Cloud and Zack can even swing that thing fast and one-handed with ease like it’s a short sword, compare that to other “massive sword wielding anime men” like Guts for example, and the way Guts is shown wielding those swords, you can easily see the artists and animators actually portray the sword’s immense weight there.
@@burgbassProbably true, I prefer the idea that everyone can be really strong in this universe if you have enough training, like tifa. Obviously being a SOLDIER makes you even stronger lol

Omg, I never even thought about either of these scenarios. I figured we might see them again we fight Shinra at the end after Diamond weapon. They are a Midgar unit after all so maybe they will be helping protect the city?
How Vinny manages to find so many bugs just casually playing games is beyond me. In my 80 hour play through I saw almost NONE.

The serious moment with Sephiroth and Cloud in the Shinra Manor Basement and all the physics objects junk in the hallway was easily the best part despite it being a very serious moment lol.

Having watched your FF7 Remake highlight reels when they came out, I have to say that you've really outdone yourself with the editing this time! Lots of good jokes, too - Ned's name coming up in the same format as the actual bosses had me in stitches.
Really looking forward to seeing more of these videos in the coming weeks!
Wanted to keep the editing style as close to Remakes, while also keeping the quality from my Outer Wilds videos. So hopefully this is a good balance.

Hell yeah, been lookin forward to this. I'm playing Rebirth myself right now so it's tedious to finish a chunk of game and then watch Vinny play that entire same chunk. Highlights are a godsend for someone already playing this massive game but wanting to see Vinny's best moments with it

This is an amazing edit, I love these Vinesauce edits that combine a bunch of streams into a condensed and well edited video of a couple of hours. Kinda makes the whole experience into a movie. There are severall channels out there that have done edits similar to this with other vinny stream but i have to say that yours is up there as being one of the best.

it probably depends on the fact if you already did the Protorelic quest in Nibelheim or not. But basically he isn't there after you do it. Its almost sad that everyone is like "He just up and left I wonder what happend to him" when you just actually see him as one of the Sephiroth clones.

I don't think the shimmy sections are a way to hide loading anymore. The PS5 pretty much loads instantly, shimmies were for like slow SSD and hard disk loading. It's very likely that they just think it's nice to basically HAVE discrete areas instead of just one long path.
Considering there is going to be a PC release later down the line, I'm pretty sure its for loading. They just planned ahead for the ten billion different PC configurations

It'd be cool if you eventually went back and did edits of older series. Like the original ff7, Chrono cross and other jrpgs because they're just too much to watch unedited and they don't get edits.
