I like how during the entire song there's a bassline that's a square wave. (Square waves are sometimes called pulse waves.)

Well this song is a hard shot at Record Deals/ Producers not having a heart and how they are happy to be on their own, doing their own thing and being truly Unscripted.
Actually it's just a shot at their former label, who was trying to keep them in a box so to speak. Holding them down, telling them what they could and couldn't do with their music, and watering down their creativity.

It's really a shot at ONE label and one label only, T & N, for the way they did the band. And it's not a shot at producers because Shawn himself is a producer, so why would he be taking shots at himself? And also not a shot at record deals, because if the right deal comes along and they felt comfortable, I'm sure they would sign another deal. So no, I didn't reword what you said, I corrected it.

This one is a bit different than most of the others so far. It has an interesting sound, will take a bit of getting used to, but I like it. Already has me looking forward to the September batch of songs while I am still stuck on the March batch lol.

nah. Im one of those who did dislike this track, but I did wish I worked for a record label. Been listening to artists ever since Tooth and Nail put out their first artist and album - Focused - Bow. But, I dislike because this song/sound just does not do it for me. But I do indeed have a pulse, well at least the last time my Dr checked, but for me, I still listen to the groups I grew up with and a few new ones thrown in for good measure
