Will this work on natural, virgin light brown hair? I would absolutely love iridescent hair, but my hair handles bleach terribly, even in small amounts. Without bleach, my hair is actually really shiny so will adding the listed colours give my hair the same effect?
Sorry no one ever responded fam. Have you tried using a level 10 developer? My hair is damaged from repeated use, but I use a level 10 developer to reduce the damage. And hair treatments after can be beneficial, but I just use suave professional natural shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair super soft and shiny after I dye it
You can safely use semi permanent dyes, like Jerome Russell Punky Color, & leave them on for extended periods of time. Rinse only, with cold water, don't wash for several days. Use dry shampoo as often as you can. Use sulfate & paraben free shampoo & conditioner, they won't strip color. I buy Cantu. I have medium to dark brown hair & have never bleached it. I leave semi permanent dyes on for several hours & they show up well.

Thank you love!! Yes I would do green and violet and then the next small section I would do a thin slice of the black yo keep the contrast. Scatter it around nothing to uniform

But why bleach and then go over it with black? Wouldn't it be better to leave those strands out from the beginning?
I knew someone would ask that and I should have included that in the video lol. This was not planned, meaning It was my first time doing this technique and there a lot of changes I made. I didn't even think I needed black until last minute and it was just left over black. With out it, it wouldn't have any contrast.
