- Our client wanted to create an insane Airbnb that would be the go-to place to stay in Indio, CA, since the property is walking distance from Coachella.
The final design is our craziest luxury makeover yet and we can’t decide which features are our favorite. It might be the unbelievable lazy river, which is said to be the largest private lazy river in Indio. Or, maybe the enchanting hidden cenote spa, jumping rock, or pickleball court...It’s too hard to decide!

How big of a yard do you need for the lazy river and then whats the total sq ft for all of it including all the areas like volleyball, movie theater, etc???
Just go to Volcano Bay waterpark. A fraction of the cost and so much larger and lots of water rides.
