You cannot compare these "new" numbers to the old ones. Eddie was testing his punch almost 3 years ago and his best attempt was 113999. Now he almost doubled that. This machine clearly changed the scaling and therefore if we use Eddie as a benchmark we might assume that Francis today could get as much as 220-230k.
Possibly but he has done a lot of training since then, look at his form back then to now. He actually plants his feet when throwing now which generates alot of power.

You cannot compare these "new" numbers to the old ones. Eddie was testing his punch almost 3 years ago and his best attempt was 113999. Now he almost doubled that. This machine clearly changed the scaling and therefore if we use Eddie as a benchmark we might assume that Francis today could get as much as 220-230k.
Possibly but he has done a lot of training since then, look at his form back then to now. He actually plants his feet when throwing now which generates alot of power.

He didnt know how to punch back in the day. It makes ALL the difference how you you use your hips, back, core and shoulders, more than your actual arms
@@LCSILVA2706 I don't know where the idea is coming from. Eddie was always athletic and he always knew how to punch. Better technique might bring some benefits to someone with total lack of grasp, but it won't make your punches magically twice as powerful if you already had an idea.
