- Metro's Regional Connector opened yesterday, doing away with the Gold Line, and having the Blue (A) Line run to Union Station, Pasadena, Azusa, and hopefully Montclair, and the Expo (E) Line, which took the Gold Line's color, and runs to East LA. I rode the Blue a few hours after it initially opened, and I gotta say, it's truly a good little way to pass time in downtown. If you go on to enjoy the video, I'd appreciate it if you dropped a like and subscribed, as it took me the entire night and all morning to edit this.

Nice metro a line gold ride video
Both rhe A and E lines share 5 stations so if you're only going between those 5 you can take either line so the waiting is cut in half for a train.
A couple of questions people might be thinking that I'm too lazy to add and reupload in a new video:
Q: Why did you put the message at the beginning of the video instead of the end?
A: Because from what analytics are telling me, majority of my viewers don't actually watch the videos in their entirety. Better to address that in a part that will catch their attention. (Unless they don't care)
Q: Will you ever do cab views?
A: Cab views, in my opinion, get too many railfanners and transit enthusiasts into it. I kinda go for the more relaxed approach by sitting down, having the camera look out the window, and watch the world go by. Of course, theres nothing good to see in this one since, well, your underground.
Also i just now realized we broke past 100 subscribers, so again, thank you guys so much for all the support. You have no idea how much it means to me.
The old announcer was better this guy sounds muffled and not good
Which announcer are you referring to?
@@theghostofmrcow1985 the one from the 2000s
As far as I know, the only train that retains the announcer I think your talking about is the Alstom refurbished P2000s on the C Line, but knowing Metro, they might revamp their entire rail announcements like they did with the release of the P3010s on the A, E, and C Lines.
The best announcer ever was Frank Oglesby Jr. of the MBTA in Boston
