I hear a great noise under your voice. It stops when you stop talking. Can you hear it? Try fix it before record (verter option) or use a in post plugin like Wave’s Clarity, Izotope Rx9, Etc. or a denoiser in the video software.
Yeah I should have spent more time with the audio on this one. Ironically I used a cheap lav mic that I don’t like to film a video about choosing the right mic and I used a new monitor rather than headphones to edit. 🤣 I couldn’t hear that cutting in and out in the monitor but definitely do now in headphones.
@@SummitCityStudios 😂
My first microphone ironically enough was also the blue yeti and it was also the wrong mic for me I live in New york and I didn't now how much noise it picks up
It's a super sensitive mic! I'm sure you got all kinds of background noise from it in New York. Do you still use it for anything now that you have something else?
@@SummitCityStudios not anymore finally found a usb dynamic mic to replace it
You want to spend less on your studio/gear? Research more, buy only with 30 day return guarantee. And try test it in every usecase you can think of. Does it do everything you need in the way you want? Buy it, if not return and keep researching.
Most important if you find the piece of gear that fits you... Stop researching. 😂
More good advice! Never considered the 30 day return guarantee but love the idea of testing it out every way you can.
@@SummitCityStudios And I didn't even mention testing it, sending it back and buying it second hand. Not illegal, not ethical in my book.
But if the budget is unforgiving...
