@@rojcewiczj develop internal power have 3 steps. The first step is to relax the body and feel the energy transmitted by the fascia, and the second step is to practice the mind to transmit energy. The third step is to connect to the other party's mind. Once the other party's thoughts are activated, one can judge their thoughts（empty force). Contact point like rolling ball are step 2 through step 3 When My muster told me this, I couldn't understand either. Practice with parnter or master through contact point can pass on skin or body feeling. Feeling can't be described. I always say that You can't describe the taste of coffee without drinking it. I wish I can describe more well however it is not possible.The best way is to learn from a master with correct guidance
