- Four people have been killed after Russian shelling hit an area on the outskirts of the Ukranian city of Kharkiv. The shelling comes just a day after new moblization law came into effect which drops the age at which men can be drafted into the army from 27 to 25. More information with Eliza Herbert.

Ukraine war reminds me of the Iraq invasion by US under false justification. At least Russia has a point in not allowing more NATO (US) bases on its borders.
How could people ever thought that Russia would allow NATO (US) to keep building bases on its borders and do nothing?Or that Ukraine could win a war against Russia? Not even with NATO support. In a hypothetical situation, would US allow China or Russia to build bases on its borders? Remember Cuban missiles crisis?
Especially how the US approve their own Monroe Doctrine, but aren’t respecting any other spheres of power….
