recently had a couple of weeks on holiday in Italy, most my pictures are old cars and scooters always crazy to see people of all ages on scooters in just shorts and t shirts! Never dream of taking mine even round the block without full bike gear on.
think I need to visit Rhodes!

Was in Rhodes Electra Palace 2 weeks ago, Rhodes is an amazing place, day out in the New Town and Old Town recommended
We visit South West Turkey (different areas) almost every Summer. There you get to see alot of old motors that have been around since the 70's.
Renault 12's are very popular still & in some areas are used as yellow taxis. Renault 16's are still on the road as are Renault 4's. Occasionally you will see a Renault 5 driving around. There are also a lot of cars that look identical to the Talbot Solara, but are actually made in Turkey by Tofaş (which is basically a Fiat).

The tuk tuk is a Piaggio Ape. My mate restored one years ago. It was a source of amusement for us when he drove it to the football :)
Nice couple of Honda Civics i see a little mitsubishi l200 there not a 4x4 just a 2x4 lol the bike with a bush round it😂😂. They will never take glass head lights back in this country now Martin. Could do with some of that sun ☀️ 😂😂Catch up soon take it easy

If i wanted to an import an old car i always wanted it would have to be from Cyprus or Malta. You wouldn't need a welder.
We hired a clapped out jimny from Angelos' in Faliraki - 30euros for the day. It was a bit rough and ready but qe had a whale of a day going round the island in it. The 4x4 on that was a bit dodgy and gave up at one point, seemed to jam up and no drive, then it came back luckily.
Certainly looks much warmer than a currently wet & windy Lincolnshire !!!!!!!!!!
You'd not make any money repairing car paint as they are probably too poor to afford it.

I saw similar cars in that condition when i went to Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Crete etc. Seems to be a Southern European thing but at least they don't rust. They wouldn't pass an MOT here though.

The thing you called a TukTuk is an Ape. It is pronounced 'Ah pey' it is the Italian for Bee and Vespa is the Italian for Wasp. So Vespas and Apes are Wasps and Bees.

the Honda Prelude they don’t make parts for not even an ac compressor oem [original equipment manufacturer] scrap value The scooter 🛵 un less you 3-d print stuff is the only way to get parts now a days is to copy them. but for a video or tinker toy good for content.
