Considering Loki has shapeshifted into a woman, a man, a fox, snake. they even shapeshifted into a horse and got pregnant by a stallion and gave birth to a 8 legged horse.
So I'm not bothered for Loki being genderfluid.
In norse myth Odin once shamed Loki infront of bunch of gods for shape-shifting into a cow with milk, a woman and even shaming Loki for getting pregnant and giving birth to children.

I enjoyed the recap, bit a small historical point-
Utgard-Loki used illusions and trickery to appear to beat Loki, Thor, and Thor's messenger. At the end of the tale. The wizard declares that asgardians are terrifying, shuts the gates of Utgard and makes it disappear.
But the reference is sitll cool.

In the irl lore Utgard-Loki IS Loki appearing as a shapeshifter. This makes it another hint in the story as Thor wonders if Loki let the frost guardian in since Jotunheim is ruled by Loki in the comic.

Asgardians are kinda super op most beings were afraid of odin and hella eternity is only accessed by bifrost and then all the weapons they have they are all super rare super powerful so yeah they are scary and super op thor could become a universe killer if he sacrificed his eyes for power and knowledge like odin did he inky did 1 eye but in canon lore thor does both and gains powers too beat even galactus
