- A tour of my Stephen King collection. Please do not ask for valuations of books in your collection (unless you are the Clean Family Values channel) or what edition you may have. I am not an expert and I don't know.
Reamce kicking off the new year strong with 2 bookshelf videos 🤙 Love the content you've been putting out recently, I've been a longtime viewer of your channel
Thank you so much! Glad you watch my stuff.
Thank you so much for this! I watch you original one years back and it really inspired me !!
Thank you for sticking around all these years! I appreciate it.
Oh so happy to see your King collection posted again. I would love to have a complete collection like that one day.
Glad you liked it!
beautiful and powerful books, thanks for sharing.
I am flabbergasted this guy is on a goldmine of a collecton and I am jealous that I couldnt buy these when they came out!
Thanks!
I love your book videos! your collection is impressive. Used to watch so many of your old vids too.
Thank you so much for watching. I'm trying (and failing) to make the new videos better.
no pressure I love them regardless, it's about the person behind the camera. and Toby haha@@reamce
@@Lake-Reads Indeed! Toby rules the house! Thanks again.
Incredible collection! Did you purchase these 1st printings as they came out or had to seek them out later in life??
Thank you for your kind words. I started collecting Stephen King as a kid. My first King purchase was The Shining hardcover from a Waldenbooks. Thereafter I purchased each and every book as they were published so I have collected them for nearly 50 years. The only two I had to "go back" and purchase were Carrie and "Salem's Lot. Thanks so much for watching!
Spooooookyyyyyy. Happy New Year to your and Toby. Hope Mikey's doing ok.
Thanks for this video! I can use it to re arrange my King shelf in published order. I think out of his most recent stuff "Later" was amazing. That needs a sequel. And as for Sleeping Beauties, Owen's writing is instant puke for me.
Glad it was useful and thanks for watching!
Impressive collection! But how did you end up with two copies of the first edition of The Gunslinger? It’s not a exactly a common book.
I bought 2 copies when it was first published because I knew it was gonna be tough to find one and with my luck I figured I would spill something on one or maybe the cat would give it a chewing so I bought 2 to be safe. Thanks for watching!
I wonder how many of his books have been done by Easton Press or Franklin
No Franklin Library editions. One Easton Press which I showed, THE DEAD ZONE. That's it.
No copy of Little Sisters of Eluria? Shame. You didn’t have Rage either?
You mist have missed those. RAGE is sitting on the top shelf on the right next to the other original Bachman paperbacks and Eluria is up on top of the book case with an extra copy of Wind through the Keyhole. Also have RAGE in the NAL hardcover omnibus Bachman in a cabinet in the dining room. In this video the paperback of RAGE is sitting beside the British first edition of Skeleton Crew.
Why do you seem so goddamn bitter man? Smile every once in a while, it’ll do you wonders.
Thanks for watching. I am frequently grouchy because I am old and often don't feel great but I am especially grouchy about posting a Stephen King video. My channel used to have tons of Stephen King videos and it got really troublesome with folks arguing over books in the comments (and God forbid I should dislike someone else's favorite book) and loads of constant questions of people asking what edition of a book they had or were they for sale or would I trade or where can I find a hardcover Dark Tower. The comment section arguments between viewers were the worst and would go on and on so I ended up deleting all the troublesome SK videos. Believe it or not I was trying to be pleasant in this video cause I think it was probably a bad idea to do another Stephen King video! And now you know. Thanks for watching and peace, love and happiness and all that jazz to you!
