HRW in New York released a report not even 2 month's prior to Oct 7 indicating that Israeli forces started a massacre in Gaza 4 month's prior to Oct 7.

THere was a fragile peace before oct 7th. Hamas broke the peace with no ability to defend, protect or feed their people.
