    I bought a house in student area for 75lac which has 9 rooms with attached bathrooms. Now I'm getting 52k per month rental income approx 8% return + property appreciation alag se, koi finance ka gyani ye gyan nhi de paya aaj tak pata nahi kyo. 😂

Jiske pass cash ho uske liye acchi deal hai

    Huge commercial space lying vacant in Noida, Hyd and other big cities. So there a lot of factors to consider before giving gyan to anyone 😂.
    Aur bhai live life, agar 60 ki umar ne 5 Cr mutual fund me pada bhi hoga yo uska karega kya 😂.
