@@JustToFallAsleep If you want to learn to weave a hammock then get a few hundred feet of string and watch very closely how I did it. I'm actually not sure you could figure it out from my video. It's quite complicated. I learned by copying the weave of a traditional Mexican hammock. Even then it was hard to replicate. I had to keep trying until I finally figured it out.

What an AMAZING journey and adventure, Chad! I have said this before, you are an fantastic inspiration to me to keep going and keep improving. Seeing this montage of your entire journey and seeing your progression, learning, skill set scope improvement has brought an even greater respect for you. Thank you for allowing us in and bringing us along ❤. I have certainly found more than a fee treasured lessons along the way.
I genuinely admire your efforts. Not a day goes by that I don't think about just completely dropping everything in my life and seclude myself somewhere and live like this. Survival is grueling, weather is unforgiving and pain is ever-present, however at the end of each day I will bet that when you lie down on that hard ground you fall asleep into the most peaceful and cathartic slumber. I yearn for that feeling.
Then do it stop dreaming about it.

For those of us that have followed your journey for a long time, YOU'VE COME A LONG WAY! Wow!! I think my favorite thing is the Hammock! Love your videos Chad, and Happy New Year!
My favorite moments were the ocean kayak, spending the night in the tiny shelter in the Mexican jungle during a lightning storm and the hammock.
Been watching since near the beginning of the first hut...and I must say I think the most important of your resources was when you found that natural (if seasonal) spring near the new hut location. That has--by far--been your greatest discovery, since it has saved you quite a lot of time and calories by being so much closer than the stream!
Water is of high importance. The land around my second hut has limited resources and is an extremely challenging place to live.
Wow , i can’t do it myself because of my work schedule and work commitments so I’m trying not be a distraction from the rest but thank you again for all your hard earned efforts this is really appreciated .
Beautiful to watch you evolve your skills and live in such a pure way. ❤

He must have done prewiring during the hut build and then bartered with an ISP with some wompum for the internet connection.

Hi Chad. I've been to Malta recently (it's a small island between Italy and Africa) and the nature was just like where you film all those videos. There were lots of the exact same kinds of bushes and even the flat cactie with those red fruits you eat. It reminded me just of your adventures. It's kind of amazing that even when two places are thousands of miles away from each other they share the same climate and therefore look almost indentical.
Yes, similar climate zones have similar plants, especially these days that so many species have been distributed all around the world. I’ve never been to been to Europe but would be interesting to see what plants I recognize there.
Those plants would be due to the fact that we traded and brought many plants to new places such as Apple's etc to North america and potatoes prickly pears etc to Europe.

About half way through I was expecting him to get to gravity revitics and massless temporal space travel before the 3rd quarter was up & by the end of the video just be teleporting to other galaxies with pure consciousness while transporting exotic materials from there back yo his hut. Only a white person can evolve this fast!
The best part,... I think most people missed that he mined all the minerals and metals needed to create complex electronics and then forged himself some great HD camera equipment, tripods, wires and even some infinite energy generating zero-point batteries to go with. No need for windmill or water wheel to generate electricity to power them suggests that quite strongly. Sh1t, he was so fast at creating the tech equipment that we didn't even have time to see him do it, not to mention the laptop or pc he had to forge to edit this video. Amazing stuff!

I’ve seen a lot of survival videos I mean really a lot and in all of them there is a plenty tips how to survive in emergency situation and what you need to bag packing or edc in order to do so, but you - you are the next level -real survival and every survival video in the past just blurs in front of you

Think it has something to do with our genetic programming for survival, which is at our core being. In modern living our struggle for physical survival has left us, or been shifted to a mental and emotional survival or struggle now.. these videos bring us back to that early place?
