    100 double-unders

    Relatively happy with the outcome here, although definitely some room for improvement. Rows hurt but consistently stayed between 1:58-2:03 500 pace. Not impressive but wanted to always hit a bigger set of double unders right away. I believe I split the 100 into 3 sets, 4 sets, and 4 sets for the final round, with short breaks. Actually think more sets helped with the bench which was almost planned perfect but fell off in the last set at about the 18 mark. Not sure I could have prepped any better to finish with a larger set considering the residual upper body fatigue from the other movements. Always looking for fun bench press wods and this one did the trick. Give this one a go!
