Pakistan bombed parts of the Paktika and Khost provinces in Afghanistan, the Taliban has alleged. Taliban officials claim that 8 civilians, all women and children were killed in the attacks. However, Pakistan denies bombing Afghanistan, claiming that their military operation was on terrorists within Pakistani borders. This comes after a terrorist attack on a military post in Waziristan, which claimed the lives of 7 Pakistani soldiers. Will Pakistan's attack Afghanistan trigger a wider conflict?
