Excellent artistic work here: you’ve really put a lot of thought and detail in the modeling process. Maybe one suggestion would be to gently apply white acrylic paint with a piece of makeup sponge to create sea foam where particularly rough water movement would be, such as behind a boat rudder or near a beach?

Although please don't get me wrong, not only do you have the talents to do your hobby, but you can comfortably discuss/teach while doing so. Kudos! Back elementary school I thought diaramas were silly, for people who don't express well verbally. But you have changed my mind completely. The water looked wet!

"But before you start, remember to ask your mum if you can use the toilet paper...." I'm not into model railways but I like painting and love the creativity here. I was a bit disappointed when he didn't put white froth at the top of the little waves, I would have been so tempted to do that. But in the end, the light shining on all the varnish on top of the paint gave you the same effect, or better. This was a really random video for me, but I loved it, and appreciate the care that went into making it.
