She is the first character to have a passive that works with an event obtainable gadget. I'm sure the gadget will be added into a shop later but that's the part the pique my interest the most since it's not available on her day 1 debut.
I didn’t expect to like Charlotte, I didn’t care whether I pulled for her or not, but the minute I tried playing her (on the try domain) I fell in love. I don’t care if she is going to be OP or not. I’m going to build her. She is so enjoyable to play!

Her abilities are so cool and I love her voice! Charlotte may have the best auto attack in the game
I love Charlotte already, especially since she finally gives me a reason to raise Song and Wine for her healing build. I didn't think I'd ever find someone who can use that thing.
Really excited to play her on field either with freeze or mono cryo. Rolled on the Wrio weapon for her because of it. Her NA string is just too awesome.

Wow feels like ages since the last good 4-star, she won't be anything broken but she looks pretty decent and versatile since she can play both dps and support and doesnt have split scalings so she's easy to build as an hybrid

Thank you so much for this! Ive seen so many videos doom posting like shes god awful when it isnt true at all, theyre just used to xinque and Bennett when we all have caught on that four stars are now toned back a bit.
Also, shes perfect for an amber dps melt team, amber often struggles with melt teams because its so hard to apply cryo consistently, if you try rosaria then it leans into circle impact and as a bow user she likes her distance, which means enemies will chase her around.
Charlotte is genuinely a massive buff for her because now she doesnt need to worry about placements, irs just hold Charlottes skill after swirling pyro and go to town, genuinely one of my most favourite four stars theyve released.
Also, im really happy to see a support having dps options now, its nice that her dps options arent held back by an hp requirement since she scales with attack
Just got back in the game and yeah some of the highest yt vids talking her have always repeatedly saying she is niche and not worth it. I am glad this vid is consistent in providing options while not discouraging to pull or use her bc of reasons.
The crunchy camera shutter sound effects helps make her feel extra satisfying for me.

im having so much fun with her animations. you can cancel her charge attack as soon as it starts draining, meaning you can apply cryo 4-5 times extremely quickly to abuse her lack of ICD

was really happy to pull her since i use mona in my ayaka freeze and used jean and a healer up till now but since i have charlotte now, it makes mona wayy more viable to use
Right now I'm using her with wriothesley furina and shenhe. Using furina's ult then her ult and spamming attacks with wrio almost immediately maxes furina's ult buff so I think it works pretty well
I'm love with Charlotte (as i'm a journalist too). Thanks for the tips, i want to make the best of her abilities

I like that she helps in enabling Furina's kit off-field. I prefer her over Jean in a Furina team because with her, the Kazuha slot is still open. You can put Furina and Charlotte in a team and the possibility is virtually endless.

When you think about it Furina and Charlotte (outside of Lyney and Lynette) are the Real first Fontaine characters, Furina because Archon and Charlotte was the first vision user whit a full model in 3.7
I got her c0 atm. I want baizhu now i got furina, so may get more constellations. I think she could be great, as she does some damage and heals real well. Suits furinas buff real well. Probably her best healer options for freeze teams bar maybe kokomi. Also just realized she could work perfect in my Thoma burgeon team

Super happy to pick up another healer with furina! I have her c0 right now but c1 looks pretty good for the extra heals. Her burst seems to have a pretty long cooldown.

Does her burst andskill snapshot? Because then, Wine and Song would be a really good weapon on her: High base Atk, ER% substat, and +Atk% passive when you dash.
I was thinking of using her as support for Razor, kinda disappointed she didn't scale on hp but still happy she's out now.

I'm building her as a main DPS with Skyward Atlas. Her normal attacks slay too hard to ignore. I love catching the enemy in 4K as I slaughter them in the name of journalism. 💅📸

try burst swirling with kazuha/sucrose to consolidate cryo application and vv shredding. it should be enough
Kaeya works much better with Diluc and you're not forced to stay within a circle. Add Rosaria for cryo resonance and crit buff, and you can turn Sucrose into a pseudo healer with prototype amber. Cheaper, quicker, no HP bs mechanics
All other content creators swarmed toFurina.

Forget set bonuses. Just use any artifacts with the highest ER. I give her over 300 ER to feel comfortable. I also had her when fighting with the whale for the first time. It looked so hilarious as she was snapping away for the news of the century.

I think Charlotte is the best 4* character from Charlotte to be released yet (although I do expect that to change as we get more Fontaine units added to the game as it is still early).
Overall, Charlotte feels like a "high-mid" type of character, on the same level of other 4* units like Rosaria, Yao Yao and Beidou.
I'm on board with the "Teh Nasty" artifact set. =)
great for my ayaka team. I used ayaka layla mona kazuha, now i have option to use charlotte instead of layla. using furina that way would make a lot of sense as well instead of mona.

Sevy, you didn't mention that Charlotte's (Hold) skill apples the HP draining "Bond of Life" to herself.
Her attack animation is cute but the range is like melee+ ... Just having fun with her underlevel in overworld.
Genshin need to do something about these material farming. We need something like trade 3x of Hilichurl mask for x1 of Charlote req flower. Buying it in the Paimon shop is expensive in the long run.
Why is that? So new players can still build her, or players that hasnt reached Fontaine yet. Not all players are turboing archon quests. Me myself still even hasnt touched the latest Fontaine Quest coz theres still a lot of uncover Sumeru desert. I can only play Genshin max 2hrs a day because of personal responsibilities.
So yeah, Charlotte is amazing 'starter' units. But if you reach Fontaine, chances are youre team is already built with Diona, Pyro Archon Bennet, or Yaoyao. Charlotte value decreases unless if you are really into her [s]sideboobs.[/s]
My verdict is, she is good. But do not compare to old 4* units.

I tried her c0 lvl1 and her dmg output wasn’t even bad. I had a 9k with cashgrab 0 stacks, shenhe, Kazuha and Zhongli
- I need her for my FUTURE Wriothesley team (I don't have him but I will in his rerun haha) with Furina and Lynette (3 Fontainians meaning max Healing Bonus haha).
- I have a lot of Fav Codex but I'm interested to use the Oathsworn Eye for both ATK and ER.
- I lost 50/50 for Furina with THAT MONDSTADT GUY (he's now C4) so there's a high chance, if not guaranteed, that I will get cons for Charlotte since I will ensure to get my Furina.
- If my wallet lets me, I pull for any cryo characters because I love the Cryo element in general (*ehem* Ayaka Main *ehem*).

I was planning to use Charlotte in a Furina team anyway, but getting her to C5 in pulls makes it a no-brainer.
Hu Tao, Xingqiu, Furina, and Charlotte are going to kick it.
her burst healing is pretty broken, i have her c6, slapped some random artifacts on her, and at lvl 60, talent 7 her bursts initial heal restores like 20k hp, which outheals my jean and barbara. (also level 60-70) I have ER issues with her (only have 132) because i focused on building atk, but its not an issue most of the time. her burst regenerates relatively quick in abyss. its mostly bosses where i struggle a lot to get her burst.
I've been playing for a couple weeks and initially was only going to do one 10 pull on furinas banner, but I felt so cheated only getting trash weapons, I did a second 10 pull on Baizhus banner. Got Charlotte and more trash. Don't really need more cryo or healing, but I might use her over my Chongyun
As as PC player, I find Charlotte's E skill to be kinda hard to use. With Neuvillette, you hold his charge attack which is left click but with Charlotte, it's E and it kinda makes it hard to move around unlike the former.
20s burst cooldown is a bit long. Furina's E will drained teammate's HP to 50% before the cooldown is over. The 80 energy cost is also a bit high in regard to the aforementioned situation. Actually a bit disappointed her healing is not from her E.

I love Charlotte’s kit and style. If you can clump enemies in her burst while other characters get their talents off, it’s massive damage.
