I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a $40 one *preluxscom* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym
I bought Lalage Beaumont Fontyn in medium tan last week from *preluxs* I have been using it since I received it and then neglected my designer range (maybe it was the honeymoon period) but I am so impressed by the quality and price deep impression. I wish they would make the same bag in a variety of pinks (i.e. sakura pink). There are actually many options to choose from.

I own the Fleuron Hortensia bag. It's a beautiful bag with a statement clasp - I love it. The leather is soft and feels great. Great craftsmanship. The only con if I had to pick one is because the leather is soft, when closing the bag if you don't hold the flap to close the bag, the back of the clasp hits the metal attachment on the bag and causes scratches. It's on the inner side, so its not noticeable on the bag, but just wanted to mention it. The Ateliers Auguste bags don't have that issue as the leather is sturdier (for lack of a better term) and the flap always hits the clasp perfectly. Hope that makes sense. Cheers!

I had an issue with the clasp changing the strap to a chain and they replied me via WhatsApp very quickly. I have the Fleuron Pivonne & Swann. I love both. Smooth, soft leather. I pre-ordered the Pivonne (it was a specific color) so that took a while to get but the Swann came in a few days to the US. My one complaint is that they are slightly too small, but I tend to carry a larger wallet so this forces me to be more streamline in what I carry.

Thanks for the video. I would say that fakes have been around for years. I think it's only now coming to light because of social media. I have seen fakes of LV and Chanel since the 1990s and know how to get them if I want them (Asian community). So this is nothing new at all. If it seems like a lot, maybe people are just more aware than they used to of educational videos about real and fake stuff. I won't let fakes and replicas change my decision on whether to buy a bag or not. If I like it, I'll buy it. And fakes will never be the same as the real thing. If people can't afford it and are satisfied with *condup* give everyone their own. My favorite bag is the classic flap bag. Next is the Kelly bag, then the Birkin bag. I know many Filipino aunties who have replicas. It doesn't change my opinion of them. If you look at the Asian community, there are fakes of almost every luxury brand bag including business friendly and fashion bags
I still love my LV reverse monogram *niceshopx* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
There is no need to cry about the bag being stolen and then actually use it, then please come to *condup* to find out, why are so many Birkin bags kept in the closet by women who are afraid of using them? If you think about it carefully, it does make sense to follow in the footsteps of a rich woman.

The old Cambridge Satchel is very affordable second hand. I picked one up (non- monogrammed) from Vinted for ÂŁ15, absolute bargain, should last years if looked after. Lots of choice of colours, too.

Hi! Iâve got 2 bags and a wallet from Kassandre, all in a glossy sturdy leather. Iâve had the wallet for 2 years now, I think itâs called Compagnon and it has the beautiful greek columns clasp just like the bags. When I buy a wallet, I use it until it dies and then I buy another, I donât use different wallets. After 2 years it looks impeccable, not one scratch, only the clasp has lost a bit of its gold on the edges and gained some black âfrecklesâ that make it look even more beautiful, like a decaying splendid jewelry. The bags have a sturdy structure and look really beautiful. I canât recomend this brand enough.

Chanel bags are more exquisite. Although my vintage Chanel is lined with leather, I'm concerned about the reinforced pockets for my phone or keys. Color transfer is expected on light colored lambskins. Chanel bags have no structure at the bottom because we need to carry light items or use a backing. People say HermĂšs bags are more durable. In fact, most of their leathers are thicker and may sag and look lazy. My HermĂšs lock (which is platinum plated) also has a lot of minor scratches. I guess these bags are sophisticated. *condup*
