Oh I remember the old coconut oil days. I think that was the first time I bought it and used it on my skin. I still use coconut oil for a deep conditioner and then washing out in a few hours. Works really well. For meditation and relaxing I watch ASMR videos. Try Moonlight Cottage, WhispersRed, and PetiteStacy. Those are really good.
