I grew up there in Holmlea Rd in the 50s/60s. The ruined keep is where Mary Queen of scots watched the battle of Langside from and when I was a wee boy we'd go into Linn Park and shout to watch the windows swing open and close because of the echo.

Some amazing photos of the early Linn park, the cafe , ornate gardens(pets corner) and bandstand. It’s a shame such beauty has been allowed to slip !
