Basic d zone coverage for centres

Your main role is to support the puck and your defensemen
Have your head on a swivel to find open players on the other tam and stay between them and the net
If you see loose pucks, you should try and go after them
If both of your defencemen end up in the corner or chasing the puck, you need to be aware and cover the front of the net
