Hey, Hey my Girl Gang! I am back with another College Day in My Life, this time an Online one! So join me to see what a typical "Off Classes" day looks like and how I manage my time to get things done and have fun while doing it! I also want to note that just because you don't always see it in vlogs (because typically when I'm not feeling like myself, that last thing I have motivation for is vlogging), but I'm just like you and have bad moments and bad days too. In the middle of my day Thursday, I lost all motivation to get school work done and instead of moping around for too long, I was encouraged by my little Kayla and worked on getting in a better mood, in order to improve my mental health for myself, not just this vlog. ♡ I love you guys so much & I will see you soon! Those mean people have such a sad existence trying to bring others down, while you live your best life and spread love and positivity to others all the time! Bethany Roselin obviously not Gracie, but have you got your eyes tested? I was getting tons of headaches too which I couldn’t explain and it turned out I needed glasses!
If it's from staring at a screen, I 1000% recommend blue light glasses! I am not even kidding when I say that they have changed my screen time! I love the effects of them so much that I even got blue light glasses with my prescription in them so when I'm not wearing my contacts, I still am protected from that blue light!
@@GracieOConnor omg never thought you would respond! and the funny thing is I have a prescription for glasses that have a blue light thing and they don't seem to be helping which is really strange. So I think am going to go belt some musical theater sings and some Christmas songs instead of doing homework/study for a test I have on Thursday! oh well
Bethany Roselin I’m sorry to hear that. I’m a Optometry&Orthoptic student, and we had a subject about blue light blockers. And if I’m honest: it is never scientifically proven that they work for headaches etc. People automatically shorten their screentime, which is sort of like a placebo effect. They think it helps but they use their screens one hour less a day, you know! And there are people who actually get sick from the blue filter. So hope I could help you with this information, and hope you have/find a prescription which helps❤️

i had a concussion recently and i got mine from amazon. i just bought a five pack they were like $20 and they work really well. not sure if this is helpful at all but yea

Hi Gracie, you look very happy at University of Alabama! I know because it’s not a super stressful nor high academic pressure environment like Harvard or MIT!! I think UA is a perfect school because you don’t have to work hard all the time like Harvard or MIT students are doing all day long!!! And I’m sure you’re having a lot of fun at your sorority house and enjoying many parties without too much studying, hahahaha!!!! ❤️❤️
