The pro-ping - that's similar/same technique you use when striking a ball that's rolling back towards you*, right?
* i.e. instead of the ball being played ahead of you, it's played back towards you (away from goal).

Ik you asked for Will's opinion, but I always wish I did more dribbling around cones. In terms of things that are fun for kids, I like doing red light green light for practicing quick start/stops and agility.
